These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Maggie888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the website located at https://maggie888.cam/ and any associated mobile interfaces, services, features, and content (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if registered, contact us to close your account.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on Maggie888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile phone number, and a unique password. You agree that all information provided is accurate and up to date, and you undertake to promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

Maggie888 conducts KYC verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your government-issued identity document (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Maggie888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

By accessing and using the Maggie888 Platform, you agree to comply with the following usage conditions at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

• You will not engage in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. Maggie888 cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.
• You will not impersonate any other person, use a false name, or attempt to access another player's account.
• You acknowledge that all bets and wagers placed through the Platform are final once confirmed, subject to the applicable game rules.

Maggie888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are available at Gold and Diamond VIP tier levels. All transaction amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are published in the Account cashier section.

Withdrawal requests that satisfy our standard KYC and verification requirements are processed according to the following indicative timelines: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers — typically 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — typically 15 to 60 minutes. All betting and gaming activity on the Maggie888 Platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market:

• Once a bet or wager is confirmed by the system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. Errors made by the Player in selecting a stake, odds, or game outcome are not grounds for reversal.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, Maggie888 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.
• Maggie888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds or on markets that were published due to a system error. We will notify affected players and return the relevant stake amounts.
• Sports betting markets — including coverage of the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other competitions — are subject to the specific market rules published within the sportsbook section. Results are determined by official sources.
• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness and unpredictability. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Any winnings that result from a system malfunction, software error, or clearly erroneous payout will be voided regardless of whether the Player has initiated a withdrawal.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Maggie888 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or using fictitious identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers with no genuine gambling risk.
• Using software tools, bots, or scripts to automate interactions with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play in multiplayer game formats.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Platform's software, games, or content.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through our official support channels.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication towards Maggie888 staff or other players via any channel.

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game designs, user interface elements, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the Maggie888 Platform are owned by or licensed to Maggie888 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Maggie888.

The Maggie888 name, logo, and associated brand assets are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maggie888 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment system failures, or force majeure events.
• Any financial losses arising from your decision to gamble, including but not limited to wagering losses.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.

In no event shall Maggie888's aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Maggie888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following player protection measures are available to all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure automated reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account by contacting our support team at any time. We will process self-exclusion requests promptly and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution linked to the Account.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Identification of the Account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age).

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach by the Player, Maggie888 reserves the right to withhold all Account balances, including real money funds, pending investigation. Where a breach is not established, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of verification.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you after completion of standard withdrawal verification.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Maggie888 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies designated by the applicable licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you are required to submit a written complaint to our support team and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for Maggie888 to investigate and respond. This internal complaints process is a prerequisite to any external dispute escalation.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Maggie888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or other rights.

Maggie888 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published at https://maggie888.cam/terms-conditions with a revised effective date at the top of the document. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the contact information held on their Account, though we are not obligated to do so for minor or administrative amendments.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

Maggie888 may also update game rules, payment processing limits, bonus terms, and other operational policies independently of this Agreement. Such updates will be reflected in the relevant sections of the Platform and shall form part of the overall terms governing your use of the Services.
